Position Overview

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective talent acquisition strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The Corporate Recruiter serves as a trusted advisor on hiring best practices, labor market trends, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

**Position is office based in Highland Park, IL, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.**

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define position requirements, and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, talent communities, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone and virtual interviews, and assess candidates for technical skills, competencies, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate interviews, facilitate hiring team feedback, and guide managers through the selection process.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers while negotiating compensation within established guidelines.
  • Ensure a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting metrics.
  • Monitor recruiting KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance recruiting efficiency and hiring quality.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting.
  • Must have sales recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple business functions and organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles.
  • Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting in specialized industries such adult beverage industry.

Salary and How to Apply

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position in IL is $60,000 – $70,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus subject to company performance and other factors.
